  • Major township and infrastructure project consisting of more than 4500 residential units for NPCIL at Tarapur, Maharashtra

  • 4 Star Hotel project at Salem (TN) for M/S Subramanyam.

  • Multistoried residential buildings township for Indian Railways at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

  • Residential & commercial complex for Rashmi developers at Ratnagiri & Lonavala, Maharashtra

  • Administrative building at Pondicherry for Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

  • Main common facility buildings complex, fire engine shelter, residential block, helicopter reception terminal for MIDC at Addl. Ambarnath Industrial Area, Maharshtra

  • Multistoried township with administrative buildings, motor vehicle workshop, substation etc. having 450 residential units for Government of Maharashtra

  • Major modern hospital (350 beds) and auditorium for Sakshi Group at Guna, Madhya Pradesh
